We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team.
The right candidate must be an individual who enjoys working in an energetic, fast-paced environment and provides exemplary customer service.
Previous experience office experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support to sales staff, move coordinators and marketing department.
Manage calendars and appointments Assist with company events and meetings with outside parties Display good judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information Strong technology skills required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and Social Media Platforms Ability to learn new programs and platform in expedited timeframe Previous experience collecting data, interpreting results and executing projects based upon on results Excellent customer service skills are a MUST Job Type:
