Human Resources Rep III

Position Purpose:
Responsible for providing day-to-day support of HR activities for Hendrickson Staff and for projects that may have company-wide application.
Essential Functions:
oUtilize Oracle to maintain and update all employee related information, including training records, salary data, job titles and personal data.
oProvide system training and support to remote locations on using HRIS.
oProvide support on various HR processes, including performance appraisals, new employee orientation, FMLA/STD tracking, performance improvement plans, and tuition reimbursement tracking.
oRecruit for assigned openings, following all aspects of the established recruiting process, which includes working closely with recruiting sources, hiring managers, candidates, and interviewers.
oSustain strong relationships with local schools and attend necessary career fairs to maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
oProvide support on various HR processes, including performance appraisals, new employee orientation, salary and wage administration, FMLA/STD tracking, performance improvement plans, and tuition reimbursement tracking.
oBrief employees on key benefits; answers questions concerning benefit practices and policies.
oFacilitate internal training sessions.
oEngage in the Company-Wide Wellness Program and increase employee participation.
oMaintain a strong customer service attitude to enhance employee relations and provide excellent service to client base.
Education and Training:
oBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related business filed required.
Master's Degree in HR or related field preferred.
oSHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.
Minimum
Qualifications:
o3-5 years 'full-time or intern work experience in HR required.
oKnowledge of basic principles and practices of Human Resources.
oStrong PC skills.
Knowledge of Oracle, ADP, or familiarity with other HCM system a plus.
oSolid communication and interpersonal skills.
oAbility to travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
