Customer Service Documentation Developer (Technical Writer) Woodridge, IL (Onsite Position) Contract / Fulltime Position
Job Description:
Experienced Information Developer/Technical Writer with more than 5 years of experience Hands-on experience with developing customer service documentation Knowledge of Electrical wiring harness and schematic Capital logic 2207 Experience with service tools and its specifications used for vehicle servicing Good understanding of Agile environment & alignment to Agile writing principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with cross-site collaboration for content development Gather data from and work with PLM, R&D and to ensure appropriate creation and timely delivery of technical publications to coincide with product release To work with cross-functional Teams Knowledge of XML and DITA XML authoring using PTC Arbortext Editor Knowledge of PTC Creo view and PTC Windchill Experience with Teamcenter Unigraphics to understand Layout and graphics illustration Work to improve the content and appearance of customer documentation continuously Achieve expert product knowledge to produce quality materials and high-level technical solutions being developed Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in providing automation solution for Arbortext as per customer s requirement Exposure in Automotive Domain if any Development of appropriate documentation to support technical publication manuals The candidate must have bachelor s degree in electrical engineering Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of management Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
