12 Hour Rotation - MThF/TWSaSu Candidates must have a focus on safety and urgency while supporting our warehousing and distribution operations in Woodridge.
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating load pick-ups between incoming drivers and Shipping associates as well monitoring proper movements of trailers into and out of the docks.
Coordinate dock activities with Shipping Lead and Hilo drivers Manage Dock Board to assign trailers to open doors.
Manage window and process paperwork for incoming Carriers/Drivers Work with Shipping Lead to assign preloads to Hilo drivers Communicate with Switchers, Shuttle Drivers and offsite personnel to ensure proper movements of all trailers in our yard(s) Verify all daily receipts of raw materials or finished goods when received Log all daily receipts of raw materials or finished goods from respective vendors File all outbound paperwork and receiving logs for inbound shipments Monitor distribution of Glad Hand Locks and radios with Hilo drivers Other duties as assigned.
