Distribution Sales Specialist A global supplier of fluid motion and control products and services is seeking a Distribution Sales Specialist to cover distribution and aftermarket management for the business unit. Location of the candidate is flexible. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing existing distribution customers within Flowserve Pac-Seal, as well as establishing an aftermarket strategy for growth in this segment within 2 - 3 years. Must be located near a Flowserve facility. Accountabilities Develop long term distribution plan and market growth forecast for business unit. Utilize this plan to establish and implement a strategic long term distribution network that fits within the business unit vision. Focus for this initial growth will be within NA with intentions of expanding the same plan and strategy for a Global distribution plan within EMA Obtain distribution and business unit bookings and sales objectives Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, including product training, application/field problem resolution, contract negotiations, and maintaining distributor price lists Manage the full implementation launch of point of sales website Direct interaction and negotiations with customers and Flowserve manufacturing/engineering facilities, acting as a liaison between distributor and Flowserve direct sales channels Travel up to 75% (some international travel will be required) Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree is requEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
