Responsible for design, development, prototyping & testing Endotronix Reader. Duties include: coordinate software, firmware & hardware engineers to carry out design, prototyping & testing of Reader circuits & systems; design, model & test components of implantable sensor such as MEMS & coils; model, test & analyze system level interactions between Reader & Implant; carry out verification programs to evaluate Reader/Implant systems compatibility with other medical devices & susceptibility to interference from third-party devices; design & execute design studies using computer models & breadboard tests to evaluate design options to meet system requirements; reduce architectures to detailed circuit designs, including component selection, circuit modeling & layout considerations; build prototypes; perform technical review of designs & create test plans; design & build test equipment; implement tests & report results; prepare & characterize phantom models with dielectric properties matching human tissue & perform tests of products using phantom models; perform reader-sensor tests with live animals in acute & chronic conditions; make recommendations to management on technical matters, troubleshooting, intellectual property management, competitor analysis, asset purchases, staffing, contractor selection & make-or-buy decisions for capital equipment & consumable materials; perform field troubleshooting, identify cost reduction opportunities, address manufacturing challenges, develop product improvements, suggest future research & provide customer service; identify ways to strengthen intellectual property portfolio; serve as point of contact to customers, partners, vendors, regulatory agencies, consultants, contractors & industry peers; keep abreast of competitor patents & advise management on licensing opportunities, patent infringement, or patent opportunities; design, model, prototype, test, & troubleshoot mixed signal embedded systems; prepare documentation in accordance with medical device industry practices; work within a medical device QA framework; document verification & validation testing, including animal studies.
5 years experience with design, prototyping & testing of fully intravascular implantable wireless sensor/reader systems including micro RF coils. Experience must include the following: 5 years experience designing, creating, documenting, & implementing custom hardware & software for verification & validation of medical products; 5 years experience with near-& mid-field inductively coupled RF circuity & physics near 13.56 MHz ISM band, including antenna physics & RF transmission & receiver circuitry; 5 years experience in MEMS based LC resonant implantable sensor design & development; 5 years experience in electronics modeling, 3D electromagnetic simulation, & electronics development CAD tools, including Altium, HFSS, PSPICE, LTSPICE & Matlab; 5 years experience in schematic capture & layout generation for multilayer PCB; 5 years experience conducting technical reviews, preparing requirements document, test plans & test reports; 5 years experience using network analyzer, impedance analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, wafer probe station, & wire-bond station; 5 years experience in managing junior engineers; 5 years experience in EEE parts selection, qualification, substitution, evaluating & de-rating; 5 years experience in product development; 5 years experience with analog & digital electronics; 3 years experience designing custom phase locked loop circuitry; 3 years experience setting up phantom models in lab for simulating reader to sensor performance inside human body; 3 years experience preparing test plans for conducting animal studies.
Masters degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
